In last month’s edition, I was mentioning struggling with anxiety. As I’m taking steps to heal and recover, I find myself with a very limited amount of spoons (if you’re unfamiliar with the concept of spoons, you can learn more here — or picture a 4 year old phone with a dying battery).

I’ve been diving back into Pink Floyd and played Momentary Lapse of Reason while editing this newsletter.
I restarted and finished Scavengers Reign - simply amazing
My reading has slowed down but I devoured Eileen !
